Intro

Follow the same directions as in Lab 1 in order to get connected to your kit.


Lab 2

  • Connect the USB audio dongle to your USB hub
  • Plug the piezo contact microphone to the microphone input on the audio dongle
  • (Make sure that you have pd started and that you already ran stop-default to kill any previously running audio processes.)
  • Go through the patches located in ~/pd/labs-2022-Music-7745/2.audiofx-lab and find something that inspires you.
  • Prototype something together and show Dr. Berdahl and your classmates.
